Somebody is got to stop the fires and the shaking of my arm

Completely and utterly grateful, I’ll manage
I won’t touch, never a scratch or a match
lost, the gunshots, the vivid colours
all bombing
Through the roof, through my heart, through my eyes
They have married my soul and savaged it
spitefully
Somebody please, close the blinds, I’m standing now and I’m shut
